Summary

As a consulting manager at Blackbaud, I'm responsible for driving performance in the consulting, technical services & project management practices. Directly responsible for enterprise customer satisfaction, my team is focused on delivering quality work & repeatable solutions to ensure clients are successful using the Blackbaud Sphere suit of tools. 

During my time with Blackbaud I've worked with clients including  The United Methodist Church,  InTouch Ministries,  FamilyLife Ministries,  EQUIP,  UJA-Federation of New York,  The North American Mission Board,  Lance Armstrong Foundation,  Heifer International,  The University of Notre Dame, The University of Virginia and the American Heart Association .

Prior to Blackbaud I worked in the San Diego, CA region of an international church. My responsibilities included running Web initiatives (Web site, CRM, email) and youth ministry activities.

Frank is a frequent speaker at industry events including events organized by the Nonprofit Technology Network (NTEN), Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) and Association for Healthcare Philanthropy Canada (AHPC), the American Society of Association Executives & The Center for Association Leadership, Public Radio, and the Ronald McDonald House. He's even had the opportunity to speak at South by South West Interactive.
