Nicole is a senior project manager for Blackbaud Internet Solutions.  When she is not drafting up blueprints or project plans for Sphere implementations you can find her writing on her own blog, taking photos with her Nikon D60, playing with her 4 year old daughter or tweeting on Twitter. 

She has 9 years of experience in the internet industry project planning major retailer, produce,  home builder and nonprofit websites.  She specializes in email and website usability and keeps her knowledge up to date with her online shopping.  The ongoing changes and growth of social media fascinates her and challenges her to improve (and occasionally break) her blog. 

Nicole learned what it meant to “wear multiple hats” while working at a San Francisco nonprofit contemporary theater.  She served as their marketing manager, donor manager, grant writer, box office manager, lead house manager, web manager and graphic designer.  She volunteered her graphic design and HTML skills for many other Bay Area nonprofits. 

She received her BA in English at the University of San Diego.
